Time spent here was delightful! Immaculately clean accommodations, friendly staff consistently went above and beyond, and the restaurant offered delicious meals at reasonable prices!

Breakfast fruit variety and presentation impressed, creating a fresh start each day.
Room comfort left a lot to be desired—basic decor with insufficient bedding. Had an outdated TV that lacked streaming options, making it hard to unwind. The bathroom was cramped, and the toilet placement was awkward. Free parking was misleading, as the hotel didn't have enough space, forcing everyone else to fend for themselves outside.

This hotel has a prime location near el Centro, easily walkable to many attractions. The room was impeccably clean, with daily maid service that kept everything tidy. I loved the strong water pressure in the shower, making for refreshing mornings. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, keeping the room cool during the hot days. Wi-Fi was stable throughout my stay, which made it easy to stay connected. The restaurant offered reasonably priced meals with a variety of options, a significant plus. Staff members were eager to help, making my six-day visit very enjoyable. However, the breakfast service lacked attentiveness. it felt like servers were often distracted by their phones, which slowed things down. Also, the breakfast area was uncomfortably warm due to limited air conditioning. Overall, while I had a great stay, a bit more focus on service quality during meals would elevate the experience.

Great location and excellent service!
I really enjoyed my stay, mainly due to the prime location close to el Centro and the exceptional service from the staff. The rooms were immaculate and offered great air conditioning, making my nights comfortable. While the dining area could use a bit more air conditioning, everything else was spot on, including the stability of the Wi-Fi. Plus, having quick access to a McDonald's right next door was a nice convenience.

great location but staff language barrier
I loved the vibrant atmosphere of the nearby attractions during my stay, especially with the New Year celebrations filling the streets with energy. The rooms were well-maintained and offered a lovely view of the city, which added to the overall experience. The restaurant on-site provided a delightful breakfast each morning, perfect for fueling my day of exploration.
