    This hotel has a prime location near el Centro, easily walkable to many attractions. The room was impeccably clean, with daily maid service that kept everything tidy. I loved the strong water pressure in the shower. The air conditioning worked wonderfully, keeping the room cool during the hot days. Wi-Fi was stable throughout my stay, easy to stay connected. The restaurant offered reasonably priced meals with a variety of options, a significant plus. Staff members were eager to help. The breakfast service lacked attentiveness. It seemed like servers were often distracted by their phones, which slowed things down. The breakfast area was uncomfortably warm due to limited air conditioning. While I had a great stay, a bit more focus on service quality during meals would elevate the experience.

    Great location and excellent service!

    I really enjoyed my stay, mainly due to the prime location close to el Centro and the really good service from the staff. The rooms were immaculate and offered great air conditioning. While the dining area could use a bit more air conditioning, everything else was spot on, including the stability of the Wi-Fi. And quick access to a McDonald's right next door was a nice convenience.

    Victoria is conveniently located on Paseo Montejo, within walking distance to various dining options and easily accessible to the historic center. The room wassuper clean and cozy, with good Wi-Fi and effective air conditioning. The staff was attentive and provided prompt responses to my requests, which enhanced my overall experience during the work trip.
